Give yourself permission to rest and relax. Let go of the stress that is no longer serving you.
This class is grounding and gentle. Combining breath work and soft stretching you will learn how to manage the daily stressors of life to bring your body and mind into a state of ease.

Please Note
Attendees must be able to move down to the floor and up with relative ease (without assistance). If you have any injuries, please consult with your doctor first to be sure that yoga is right for you.
You are encouraged to bring your own mat, blocks, blankets, straps, and/or supportive pillows if you have them. We have supplies to borrow, if needed. Our goal, as our time together progresses, is to be able to fully provide each and every client with the props to have the best experience.
