Incorrect or Damaged Items?
We take pride in quality service and quality products. If you received product in less than excellent condition, read on!
All exchanges and replacements will be conducted at no expense to the customer with this simple 3-STEP process. Thank you for your patience and for your business.
1. Send an Email
To replace damaged or incorrect items, please send each of the following to firstname.lastname@example.org:
- Your Name
- Order Number
- Pictures of the overall package you received (if possible)
- Pictures of the individual products
- Names of incorrect products or damaged items
2. Receiving The New Package
- A new shipment with replacement items will be sent to you within three (3) days of receiving your email.
- The refund will appear in your account within three (3) days by the same method of your original payment.
3. Shipping Out
- You will find a prepaid return shipping label included in the new package.
- Pack the returning items into the original box and seal the packaged closed.
- Tape the return shipping label to the top and drop off the package at your local post office.
